Biography

Peter Schneider studied electrical engineering at Dresden University of Technology from 1988 to1993 and received a PhD from the same university in 2010.
In 1993 he joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits, Design Automation Division Dresden as a research scientist. From 2000 to 2006 he was group manager and from 2006 to 2011 he has been head of the department of heterogeneous systems. Since 2011 he is Division Director.
