Abstract Submission

Abstracts are to be one-page text (500 words) with one-page of figures and drawings.

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to September 15th 2014

We are using EasyChair for the submission and the review process. Please read this page carefully for detailed instructions on submission.

If you already have an EasyChair account from another conference, you can use that account to submit an abstract and can skip Step 1 below.

Step 1: Creating an Easy Chair account:

  • Go to this page: 3DIC
  • Click the link to sign up for an account
  • Enter name, email, and password
  • Check your email
  • Click the link in the message you get from EasyChair
  • Enter your password
  • Enter all your personal info (* fields are required)
  • The password must be 8+ characters, or you get an error
  • Click the button at the bottom to submit and go back to the login screen.

Step 2:  Submitting your abstract:

  • Go to this page: 3DIC 
  • Enter your username and password
  • Log in
  • Click “New Submission” on the top of the page
  • Follow the instructions and fill in all the required information.
  • Once you have filled everything out (including ‘abstract’)
  • Upload the abstract on the same page. Make sure that you DO NOT click on the box that says ‘Abstract only’
  • The abstract should be in pdf format.
  • Enter keywords (at least 3, up to 5)
  • Click Submit to submit your abstract.
  • Logout
