Call for Abstracts
Abstracts are to be one-page text (500 words) with one-page of figures and drawings.

Participants who wish to make scientific contributions are welcome to submit ORAL or POSTER abstracts from this web site.
All abstracts must be submitted online.
Please follow the instructions below.
Submission Procedures
- Click the Abstract Submission button on this page. Abstract submission is made using the online submission system.
- <Step1> Creating a new account

- Applicants registering for the first time are requested to enter their personal information and make a new account first.
- <Step2> Submitting your abstract

- Follow the directions on the abstract submission screen, and fill in the required fields. The items you are required to input are as follows:
- Name of authors (no more than 20 authors), affiliated institutions (no more than 15 institutions)
- Type of presentation
- Title of presentation
- Abstract body (Please make 2 PDF files.)
- One-page PDF file of abstract text (500 words). *Please write title, name and affiliation of authors above abstract text.
- One-page PDF file of figures and drawings.
- After finishing the submission of your abstract, you will receive "notification message" to your registered e-mail address (ID) for confirming its receipt. If you have not received such an e-mail within 24 hours, your abstract may not have been received. Please check and register it again if necessary.
- Follow the directions on the abstract submission screen, and fill in the required fields. The items you are required to input are as follows:
Modify and update your abstract
Abstracts may be changed until deadline of abstract submission. Click the “Modify, Change” button on your “Menu Page”.
After the deadline of the abstract submission, no modifications, changes, or additions whatsoever to the abstract body, authors (either first author or co-authors), or affiliations are permitted.
Please take great care to ensure that no mistakes are made before your submission.
Notification of acceptance
The Organizing Committee will make a final decision of acceptance/rejection. A notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to you by e-mail (ID) around the end of June.
Once your abstract is accepted, you are required to submit a full paper (4-8 pages) next.
