The conference venue for the opening day is Hotel Metropolitan Sendai which is very close to Sendai Station.  The conference venue for the second and the third days is Miyagino Ward Cultural Center in Sendai which is located adjacent to JR Rikuzen-Haranomachi Station of Senseki Line, 3rd stop from Sendai Station with 6-minute ride.  Therefore, the recommendation for convenient hotel location is near Sendai Station.
